A mult, short for multiple, is a module that splits one input signal into several identical outputs. This lets you send one signal to several destinations at once. Mults are useful for building parallel signal paths, distributing control voltages, and creating complex modulation routings. Some mults are passive, which simply connect the jacks together, while buffered mults isolate the outputs from each other.
