Window comparator

A window comparator is a comparator with two thresholds. It outputs a high gate when the input voltage is inside the range between them, and low when it is outside. A normal comparator only checks whether a signal is above one level.

Window comparators can detect when a slowly changing signal enters a certain range. They are used to turn LFOs and other CV into rhythmic gates, or to trigger events at specific values.
