Multimode filter

A multimode filter is a filter that can operate in more than one mode, for example low pass, high pass, band pass, and notch. The mode may be selected with a switch, or morphed with a knob or control voltage.

Multimode filters give one module the flexibility of several, and are a common choice when space is limited.
