Pitch is how high or low a sound seems. It is determined mostly by the frequency of the fundamental, so a higher frequency is a higher pitch.
In a modular, pitch is usually controlled by CV, most often at 1V/oct. Pitch is a perception, so it can differ slightly from frequency, especially with complex or inharmonic sounds.
